Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment. I know life gets crazy and things happen, but please communicate with me so we can work something out. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, there is a required fee of half your service. I charge 100% of the scheduled service for no-shows. If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late, you will have to be rescheduled and will have to pay 50% of the scheduled service. I am booked by appointment only and cannot get behind as it affects the schedules of my other clients. Thank you for understanding!
